It's A Ruff Life

Tasked to produce a poster combining multiple visualizations of quantitative and spatialize data to tell story. I researched and gathered data regarding veterinarian hospitals and dog daycare/boarding centers across Connecticut in Excel. Then, I produced various iterations of the poster to look at which layout best represented the data. This collection of visualizations looks at the distribution of the top 20 rated veterinary hospitals and dog daycare/boarding centers in Connecticut. The map is accompanied by a table and a bullet bar chart that gives information on the selected locations. The table is in a rated order where the location with the number 1 is the top rated and the location with number 20 is the 20th rated. The bullet bar chart gives more detailed information about each veterinary hospital, telling the number of veterinarians in each practice and how long the practice has been open.
